Upper West Side Quality-of-Life Forum
The West 80s Neighborhood Association and the UWS Coalition are co-sponsoring a forum on neighborhood quality-of-life issues. Meet Quality-of-Life Officers from our local precincts, hear about their work, and get answers to your questions. Admission is free.

The Coalition’s newly elected Board has expanded its leadership team from five to six officers, with Mark Jennings joining as Vice President. The 2026–27 officer roster is as follows:

The UWS Coalition will be out in the neighborhood this October at local street fairs. Visit the Coalition’s table to learn more about membership, get information about starting a block association, or share neighborhood concerns.
